Haply::HardwareAPI::Devices::Inverse3::DevicePowerResponse
Indicates whether the device is connected to a power supply or not.
An unpowered device is not able to apply forces or torque but can still provide the position and velocity of it's cursor as well as the angle and angular velocity of it's joints.
